Another gloriously chilly day here, for the most part traffic is just fine, but watch out for the small accident on the main road through town. Everyone's in high spirits, preparing for Halloween! In other news, we have a curfew on the lookout for the burberry man! For those of you who don't know, the Burberry man is a flasher who goes around in a burberry jacket and flashes young, innocent highschool girls. He's been seen around the less populated areas, working his way up to more populated areas. So far, he has flashed 98 young girls.
